Electric is by kilowatt on monthly sites

$5.00 per person (10 years of age and older) per day for over two people on daily reservations

$35.00 per person (10 years of age and older) per week for over two people on weekly reservations

$50.00 per person (10 years of age and older) per month for over two people on monthly reservations

Park Rules

  • Office hours 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM; 7 days a week.
  • Check-in Time is 12:00 PM
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM; pre-approved late checkouts are $3.00 per hour. After 3:00 PM, a full daily rate will be charged.
  • No Cash Refunds. All authorized refunds will be mailed.
  • Speed limit in park is 10 MPH
  • Quite Time: 10:00 PM till 7:00 AM. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time!
  • Parents are responsible for children at all times.
  • Absolutely no vehicle repairs on site.
  • Vehicle washing must be approved through the office.
  • All of our buildings are smoke-free.
  • All residents and their guests must abide by all posted traffic signs and park rules.

Pet Rules

  • Pets must be maintained on a leash at all times.
  • Pets are not allowed in any buildings, restrooms or pool area.
  • Pets are not to be left unattended outside of RV’s.
  • Owners must immediately clean up after pets
  • We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix of Pit Bulls into the park.

Policies

  • Management has the right to limit the length of stay and the number of people and vehicles per site.
  • Site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site.
  • RV’s must be in good mechanical condition
  • RV’s must not be unsightly.
  • RV Sites must be maintained in a clean, neat manner.
  • Please secure all belongings. We are not responsible for loss or theft of items.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  • Daily Reservation: A 24 hour cancellation notice is needed on a daily reservation in order to receive a full refund.
  • Weekly Reservation: A 7 day cancellation notice is needed on a weekly reservation in order to receive a full refund.
  • A minimum of 3 night reservation is required on select holiday such as Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day.
  • Cancellation Policy for Holiday Reservation: A 14 day cancellation notice is needed on holiday reservations in order to receive a full refund.
  • No Refunds on early departures.
  • Shady Grove does not prorate.
